Building a Menu: How to Add Items

Follow these steps to add items to your Clover menu:

1. Log in to the Clover Dashboard:

   • Access your Clover Dashboard via your computer or Clover device.

2. Navigate to Inventory:

   • Go to the 'Inventory' app on your Clover device or the 'Items' section in your Clover Dashboard.

3. Add a New Item:

   • Click on 'Add New Item' or the '+' button.
   • Enter the item details, such as the name, price, and description.
   • Optionally, add a SKU, barcode, or item image for better identification.

4. Set Item Attributes:

   • Choose the appropriate tax rates and inventory tracking options.
   • Specify any variations if the item comes in different sizes or types.
