How to Add Modifiers and Categories in Clover

 

1. 1. Navigate to Modifiers:

      • In the 'Inventory' section, go to 'Modifiers'.

   2. Create a New Modifier Group:

      • Click on 'Add Modifier Group' to create a new group (e.g., Toppings, Add-ons).

   3. Add Individual Modifiers:

      • Within the group, add individual modifiers (e.g., Extra Cheese, No Onions).

   Assigning Modifiers to Items:

   1. Edit an Item:

      • When creating or editing an item, scroll down to the 'Modifiers' section.

   2. Select Modifier Groups:

      • Choose the modifier groups that apply to the item.

   Creating Categories:

   1. Navigate to Categories:

      • Go to the 'Inventory' app and click on 'Categories'.

   2. Add a New Category:

      • Click 'Add Category' and enter the category name (e.g., Appetizers, Beverages).

   3. Optional: Add Details:

      • Optionally, add a description and image for the category.

   Assigning Items to Categories:

   1. Edit an Item:
      • While adding or editing an item, you can assign it to one or more categories.
